Location: ontario canada - Well Anderson Indiana now		I installed an online charger (bass pro shops model) a couple days ago and the thing gets incredibly hot. Is this normal? It gets so hot I'd burn my hand if I held it to it for just a few seconds. This worries me because I installed it fairly close to my gas tank (about 20" away in the same rear compartment. I contacted someone at Bass pro shops and was told that they install them fairly close to gas tanks regularly. He said they usually install them where ever they can find a spot which is usually in the rear of the boat close to all the dangerous stuff. Should I be worried about this?
