| I bought a 617 this spring and have fished it a handfull of times. A buddy has a 618 that I've fished out of a lot. I have the single console also, so they're pretty comparable. Only thing I'm not satisfied with is rod storage. 7' is absolute max in rod locker, he can store 8' rods pretty easily. 617 has plenty of storage otherwise for 2 anglers. Just got back from a tourney this weekend and fished some pretty rough water and was very satisfied with the stability and handling in 2-3 sometimes 4fters, until I busted my kicker motor bracket, but that had nothing to do with the boat itself. Overall I'm happy with the 617. | |
