You will find many past threads regarding this topic. I installed the liqua lube system on my prior boat and couldnt have been happier.

UFP (Unique functional Products, Buddy Bearing, Couplers etc...) has a Trailer Buddy Gold Oil Bath too.

Your bearing will last longer, less mess, ease of use. The list of benefits goes on and on. Just wondering when all trailer mfg's will do the right thing and just include this as a standard.
