| The motor is an 02 Yamaha 150 Vmax HPDI. #*^@, I don't think it is under warranty anymore though. Going to give the shop a call today but it is a haul to get up there. Solenoids expensive? If not, the labor probably is....
Would I have been better turning the gas line swith off and letting it shut down that way? I didn't know how to get the darn thing to shut down so I just cut the battery supply. Is there a better way to get it to shut down when this problem occurs??
Anyone know a Yamaha guy in the Chicagoland area, close to Schaumburg??
Another thing as well, on my first run Saturday morning I was getting a much higher top end speed at WOT than last season. My RPM's were running about 500-600 higher than last season. Better to get this stuff outta the way early on I guess.....
