I've got a 150 Vmax HPDI on my rig and it is a great engine. Mine is an 02 as well and it is extremely quiet, have had a lot of guys ask if it's 4 stroke because its so quiet. As far as the gas goes, I would hope the 4 strokes get better mileage. Mine sucks it down big time. Not a single problem with it so far, fires right up in the coldest weather I've been in. Biggest complaint is the gas though.
