If you get as much of the old gas out as possible and refill with fresh, you should be just fine. The amount of residue oil in the tank would be som minute, that it would affect nothing.

Depending on the location of the gas tank fill, you may be able to tilt the boat/tank up to get as much out with a siphon. Whatever is left will be little and will not affect the motor.
