Networking electronics is only worth it if you're running an X-15 or better. All this does is share the GPS so you don't have to buy two. It's pretty easy to do, I can walk you through it if you need to or there's a schematic on the Lowrance site.
Why they don't just make a "brain box" that we can plug all of out "monitors" into I don't know. It seems that it would solve a lot of problems. I guess it's just not as profitable to do it that way. |
