does anyone have any input on this idea:

with all the opinions on whether to leave your batteries in your boat or take them out i had an idea, what if i used one of those timers to charge my batteries for an hour or two everyday?

i have an older minnkota three bank charger 10 amps per bank. two 31 series deep cycle batteries and a 31 series dual purpose starting/deep cycle connected to my charger. (the reason i have my starting battery connected to my charger is because i got a really good deal on a 3-bank and didn't need 3 trolling batteries)

what i am wondering is if this a good comprimise between the two opinions and how long i should charge?

Thanks,

Jeffo
