The boat is gel coated for color, so paint is not an option unless it is two part epoxy and the hull is carefully prepared. It will not be possible to match gel coats exactly, and the weathering that undoubtably has occurred in 15 years will cause the color to be lighter. I'd buff the hull with a wheel, a powerbuffer, and polishing compound, than use color restorer and a good carnuba first, that's a morning's work.
