i got that DDD at Rollie and Helen's...it's the standard "shad" pattern.

as for how the tackle racks handle waves/rough rides...i was out yesterday dodging the pleasure boaters...which included riding 3 footers hitting me from the side from one idiot, and a different idiot who decided to do a circle around me at about 35 yards - send 3 1/2 foot waves at me from three directions. they were big enough and close enough together from the front to swamp over the bow of my 17' boat......grrrrrrr....i also went out of my way to cut some waves while on plane, etc.

the upside is that the rack stayed put and the lures stayed in place through all of it.
i think one thing that helped is there's a slight (<10degree) slope to the bottom of the rodlocker. this results in a slight "lean" of the racks against the inside wall. i also measured precisely enough that the bases are lightly wedged between the two side walls.
