| i can't stand clutter in my boat (such as lures hanging everywhere), but anyone who's fished with me knows i'm in and out of my tackleboxes 100 times a day...which means opening the bins, pulling lures in and out, closing 'em back up and putting them away.
since my rod locker is "only" 7' long, it doesn't hold my muskie rods anymore.
so i decided to do some tinkering and turn it into a tacklebox...
$41 worth of parts: plexiglass, corner braces, some measuring, and a good dose of patience was all it took.
it's a snug fit so it won't bounce around, but not attached to the locker - so it's removable if need be.
i made it big enough to hold one trip's rotation worth of lures and leave me some room left over for storage.
