I'm hoping you guys can share some advice here. I have a 2004 Esox Magnum, and got a new heritage trailer for the boat when I bought it. I noticed the other day that the bunks on the trailer are already worn almost bare in spots and it's caused a great deal of gel coat damage on the underside of the boat right where the bunks make contact. I also noticed that the bunks don't seem to fit completely flat under the boat like they're supposed to. The angle of the bunks is such that the inside portion does not make contact with the boat (slightly). I want to get the gelcoat redone at Tuffy, but don't want the problem to reoccur. I also think that the trailer manufacture should bare some responsability for the repair cost since the trailer is supposed to be made for my boat. Sorry to get long winded here, but what do you guys think?
