My buddy was just about to close the deal on his new boat last week and the deal fell through(sold out from underneath him per se). We leave for Canada the 6th of August, and he wants to avoid renting a resort rig at all costs. He has fished out of my rig for the past 11 years, and now has a girlfriend as his partner and needs a boat(LOL). He is having trouble finding something in WI(lives in NE WI) and is wanting to branch out to check options. He does not have internet access, and I am helping him shop. I suggested going to MN for the weekend to look at some of their dealerships, but I don't know enough of them to recomend one.

He is looking for a tiller rig in a V hull(that is the desired) something similar to a Lund Fisherman design. He wants something in the 4,000-$8,000 range, but will spend more if neccessary. Greg Thomas told me about a Marina about a year ago, that is in MN that he bought his rig from, and they did have a website. I cannot remember what the name of it is right now.

If anyone has any leads on such a rig, or a list of possible Marinas that may, I/he would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,

Not sure if this is supposed to be in the Buy, Sell, Trade section or not. If so, please move it.
