Better yet, run your ground wire directly to each light. I know with snowmobile trailers that the ground has problems getting through the tilt-bed hinge. There may be an issue with how the lights are mounted or even some joints within the trailer that is preventing the ground from being transferred. Best bet is to alway run the ground directly to the lights when having light problems, it eliminates a "duhhhh" from the equation.
