I just went out in the garage and looked again. There is a round black plastic circle that screws out. The only thing you can see is a large black plastic hose that is for the baitwell. Where the filler hose and vent hose go into the side wall there is not any access that I can see. There is not any screws for removing a panel. Neither hose has a kink that is visable in the beilge or tank area. This happened all last year and it is still the same way this year. It's a good thing my motor is so good on gas that I can get away with four gallons to fish a day. If you have any idea's I would really appreciate it.
