Location: Chicago, Beverly		I have one mounted on the trolling motor, one mounted on the transom. For the transom you have to make sure you are far enough away from the motor to prevent interference. As I don't have the same boat as you, not sure on exact placement.. Might be worth checking with the walleye guy mentioned above...
