Location: Chicago, Beverly		Technically you should turn off any depthfinders hooked to the starter battery before starting your big motor due to the drain and spike.. However very few of us actually do this.. Your x15 is a pretty expensive unit I believe... It may be worth hooking that up to the battery your accessories are hooked up to, but there is a possibilty of getting electronic interference from the trolling motor if it gets hooked to that battery.
