Location: Mendota Heights, MN | I use a Fishmark 240 on the bow next to the trolling motor. On the console I have a Fishmark 480 and a GlobalMap 5500C, both on Ram mounts. When I fish from the bow I just turn the Global map around so i can see it from the bow. This set up seems to work great. i would like to learn more about the NEMA networking capabilities though. For example, will 2 networked GPS unit both show the lakemap loaded on one in it's MMC slot?
The RAM mounts are the key though. Use them and turn your units to face you where ever you are in the boat.
