Mike, what do you suggest when I'm in a no-wake zone for 20 minutes while on my way up the Fox and out onto Green Bay? Mine runs fine at lower speeds.

Sounds like an impellor to me. However, it is possible that some crud got stuck up inside the cooling passages, and is restricting flow. Possible that using the flush out would clear this. I've not heard of a low RPM cooling update. I'll check it out.

I'm not so sure they run at lower water PSI than other motors. Mine has about 6 PSI at 1000 RPM, 4.5 at Idle, and over 20 at WOT. I do know the fuel injector pressure is lower than other motors, ie. Evinrude, and Yamaha.
