Yes, I've looked at the Tuffy line. The Osprey comes in at 1200#. Let me expand on the original question. First, the 65 in my name is a significant number, it means I'm old and cheap. If that number was 35, I would definitely be looking at and Tuffy or a 618, 619.
Weight is an issue, fish by myself on occasion and don't want the hassle of bull dogging a heavy. Cheap, although a relative term, is an issue, I'm looking for a boat that has most bang for the buck.
So, help an old guy here before he putzes around too much and it's time to be on the water.
