I got a VHF radio for Christmas. The instructions did not include any information on the uses of specific channels. For example, I'm guessing that channels 9 and 16 are for emergency use only--is that correct? Are there channels for talking with fishing buddies in other boats or calling camp? Any advice or web sites would be appreciated. Thanks!
