I've seen the lube nuts in the catalogs...they don't look like they would have enough pressure to get much up the cable. Anyone have any experince with these?

I've thought about drilling holes in the cable nuts by the motor and adding grease zerks so I can pump grease into it.

Ya, I know my old boat with a 200Hp should have hydralic steering but when I repowered, I couldn't swing the extra $1000 but I did upgrade to the anti feed back helm.
