One of the most overlooked items is a good First Aid Kit. I carry one in the boat and the truck. Knowing Slamr's skill set with mechanical things, that busted knuckle is not a question of if, but when!

I bought a real nice kit at Fleet Farm a few years ago. Had to use it this fall, and the contents were in great condition, even after 3 years in the boat storage. The rubber seal on the cover of the plastic box kept everything dry as a bone.
