I have an ez loader combo and had the same problem. It turned out that the center keel roller was going bad and the keel was digging in. I replaced and she works perfect. I use spray silicone on the rollers and the bunks and have not had a problem with the boat sliding but I dont unhook until trailer in water anyway,I also do a lot of solo launching. hope this helps I just never checked that keel roller.
