OK. Perhaps I am a complete idiot, but I cannot figure out how to get to the bulb on my tail light on the trailer.

I took the whole thing off, and since they are submersible, for the most part the bulbs and whatever else is inside are protected by a plastic piece. This piece has a little tab that says "Pull" on it. So I pull and pull and pull and cannot get the barrier off to get into the bulb.

Any idea what I am talking about?
