I had the same set-up but with a 150 opti-max (same technology as the ficht).

I had a stainless, unsure of the size, got 52 alone GPS, best i ever got with 2 adults, full gas,2 full lakewoods, all the rest of the gear was 46.7 MPH.

I was on lake of the woods, making a longggggg trip and kept playing with the trim and had her maxed out there.

Stainless would get you from the 44 to 46, but thats about all that rig will give you loaded, sounds like you are set up OK.

5100/5200 RPM's sounds a smidge low for an empty boat, but Ok loaded. Empty boat you should be at 5400/5500.
