Subject: Electric motor for my canoe


Hello everyone,
I have yet to save up enough $$ for a fishing boat so I bought a canoe to tied me over until then. My question is what kind of motor should I get? What pound thrust should I look for. I bought a 14' 7" Old Town canoe. I was thinking of a 50 lb. thrust would work good. Any thoughts or suggestions??? Thanks
