 He who wants to borrow my credit card, have you tried loktite; used when mounting screws on gun scopes. If the rails are loose at the base where they connect to the boat try a lock nut/washer. I used a thin piece of rubber gasket under the rail bases on my Carolina Skiff + it worked good in combo w/ the locknut/washer system.[:sun:]
