Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		You need to bolt all the way through the block, right through the 'deck' the block sits on. There are probably some stainless screws holding the block to the deck. Remove the electrical panel to get at the bolts underneath. It takes small hands and maybe a wrench and some tape for the fron bolts, probably.
