I run a G3 185 deep v boat. My trolling motor is 24v 74lb Minn Kota Maxxum. I have two Dual Pro 2700s for my deep cycle. A Dual Pro 2400 for my cranking battery. All of this complimented by a Dual Pro Xtremed battery charger. What is unique about this system is that my trolling motor is supposed to get 5X's use out of a single charge. The Dual Pro Xtreme charger puts a trickle charge back into my deep cycle batteries while i am running down the lake. The charger first makes sure the cranking battery is charged before charging my trolling batteries. This system works great for me.
