Mike, these are the ones I got.

They are very easy to take on and off, the clamp stays on the rail, but a bolt and a wingnut connect the holder to the rail clamp.
I take mine on and off all the time, especially when putting my cover on.

(p.s., careful taking on/off while on the water, or else your wingnut will end up in the drink..hmm, wonder who did that........short/student/iowa??????????)
