Looks like 2 tubes in the face of the deck cap. Those are just screwed in and the white tube should come out. It might be silicone-sealed in a bit.
I'd bolt if possible, but if not make sure to carefully pre-drill through the gel using a new drill bit before running screws into the cap. I don't think screws will fail, that cap is pretty thick. Someone got in there as the trolling motor got mounted. |
