Location: Athens, Ohio		I knew Murph a while back - what a fine fellow!
I wrote to the ODNR a month ago on a form at their website, asking why Ohio requires an anchor when a half dozen surrounding states do not; still waiting...
I do use mine when, on the rare occasion when I do catch a fish, I secure the net then drop anchor so I don't drift into something bad. m
