Location: SW Ohio		My Helix 10 did the same thing. Lost the left side. Everything works if I plug the Helix 9 in its place. Plus, if I network the 10 to the 9 with the 9 hooked to the transducer, the 10 works fine. It’s a bad board in the Helix 10. HB will repair it for a fee ($350 last time I checked). I opted to change over to Garmin so I didn’t send it in for repairs.
