| I use mine about half the time I am on the water. Takes pressure off the back. As someone else said, in big waves it is really handy. On Eagle Lake three weeks ago, I had booked the guide before reading the weather forecast. Fished all day in high winds, casting in the morning with the trolling motor blowing out of the water would have been a lot more tiring without that to lean against. Kind of gives you three points of contact when it is rocking and rolling. I don't sit on it, more of a leaning post. | |
