I recall Evinrude being very direct in saying they would support the motors for I think 10 years. This was after they jammed all their dealers / customers by shutting production down. It will be interesting to find out if parts are the issue or dealers are just washing their hands of them.

To the OP maybe try LaCannes in Faribault Mn. they sold a zillion Aluma Crafts with Evinrude's on them.
