Location: Northern Illinois		When's the best time to buy a boat (new) or does it really matter? Do MFGs and Dealers have inventory that they will reduce price on if they haven't sold a boat when the next year model comes out?

Also, if I see a price on a MFGs build your own boat page, how much can I expect to pay if I actually purchase it at a dealer (same, 10% off, 20% off etc).
