Location: Athens, Ohio | I dunno what will work best for you, but I find that my cranking battery is not charging well off the outboard. So, right now I have a 2 bank charger for the troller batteries, I'm adding a 1.5 amp charger to my hold just for the cranker. I think the troller charger charges at a higher rate than I need, so I'm hoping this trickle charger will be just enough to keep my crank battery hot and firing. I think iboats.com has a good section on batteries, you might check there, too. m | |
