Not sure if this will help. I own a 2001 Osprey 1700. A few years back I needed a wheel cylinder for my surge brakes. Trailer is a Vanguard/Trailmaster made by J.Q. Tex, Inc. Phone #2192590329. After calling them, they suggested calling axle manufacturer. Axis Products, Inc. phone # 5742946651 or 5742668282. I spoke with a lady by the name of Staci, who was very helpful. Got my wheel cylinder and grease seals within a few days at a very reasonable price. Extremely good customer service!
