I bought a new trailer for my little boat a few years ago but no matter how I adjust the trailer to the boat, the front likes to bounce on the front roller and eventually bends the pin. I've put an extra tie down in the front to help. I ran across a dual roller front setup but the cost for one was 350 and I would have to modify it to fit. I decided to make my own and it cost around 100 bucks. The initial one was much longer but it flexed too much. I shortened it and the boat sits well on it. I hope this fixes the problem.
