| If I read the OP's moniker and tagline correctly, a teacher who spends summers on LOTW, school year in Wyoming. The fact it is for almost exclusive summer use would seem to reduce the need for a full wind shield.
I run an 18' tiller but am on much smaller water. Keep a pair of ski googles on board in late fall, coming back even 10 minutes in a snow squall is hard on the vision in a tiller, but the goggles take care of that (snow pellets are the worst). Otherwise, thank goodness for modern foul weather gear. | |
