What year and model boat? How about one of these installed on the inside?

It's a 96 princecraft 142. I've literally had the plug in the boat without removing it for over 10 years. I can't get a new one to seal. I might try seeing if that stainless one will fit but in order for it to fit on the inside I will probably have to grind the bottom of it. Maybe I can custom cut a thick rubber seal and mount it on the outside.

Probably will work, what about this thing?
