I steered my boat with my terova and pushed with a 20 hp Suzuki 4 stroke kicker. I built a bigger aluminum fin for the terova and usually only had to run on a 1 or 2 setting used very little battery. Worked well especially when salmon fishing at muskie speeds I didn't use it when alone in rough conditions. It was scary going out on the casting deck to stow in 3 footers.


do you have a picture of the fin you built? that sounds like a fantastic idea

Too old and stupid to have ever figured out how to post pictures to this board or to my computer from my phone

I made 4 and sold 3 the guys were really happy with the results.
