Just checking this board and agree with the others... Tuffy has done an excellent job at positioning their boats on their trailers. I suspect if you purchased a new jack/dolly it will solve your problems.

FYI... The factory one on my Ranger was acting the same way, I went to Farm Fleet and bought the heaviest one they had with the largest wheel and I can push mine around with minimal effort and the whole package weighs in around 2,800+.
