Check your power leads and all connections between the unit and the battery. Ideally, it would have a dedicated power wire but that is not always how they’re wired (I haven’t got around to doing that to mine yet). These things can be picky with loose or corroded connections. If you have the capability, doing a voltage drop test at each connection can show where a wiring issue is.

The software may be corrupted. You can download the latest update from HBs website and install it. That fixed a similar issue I had with my H10 Gen 2.
