Location: Athens, Ohio		I used one of these on my 225 ProMax for several years.

Swivl-Eze Lock 'N Stow Motor Stabilizer Lock - Model 10108

Expect, now, a discussion about which is better: a support ("transom saver") that anchors the lower unit to the trailer, or one of these locks which lets he LU hang free, locking the motor in closer to the transom.
