Location: Athens, Ohio		The U bow hook on my Gambler boat was getting loose like that. I had to go in by the small front access panel with a long ratchet extension to tighten up the nuts. I put nylon stop nuts on top of the old ones and didn't have any more problems.
No idea how to get to it on your boat, tho. m
