I would check the fuel filter first. You may have debris in the filter hindering the flow. Also I would pull the fittings off the fuel line to see if it is deteriorating. I had that happen in one of my fuel lines. My mechanic said the particular fuel line had an inside liner that would break down. The filter was filled with what looked like gobs of silicone. This debris was also in the carbs which needed a rebuild. Maybe VMS Steve will chime in and share his thoughts. He knows his stuff and is always a great source of info.
