I'd look at a 4" to 6" port. CAREFULLY cut the hole out so as not to further damage the tank. Get a flanged/gasketed screw larger than the hole caused by the screw, use a gasoline resistant sealant, and run the screw into the hole.


X2 agree just repair the tank… then you could just cover the hole in the floor with something like this.
