I'll answer your questions as best I can but I'd like to give you some advice. I've never been in a 1675 PG but I've been in a 1775, 1875, 1825, 2010 and 2075 along with 165, 185 and 205 Competitors; my dad runs a 165 Competitor with an F70. First off, I would avoid all vinyl floors for 2 reasons: it is extremely slippery when wet, unless it's got texture to it and it's very hot in the summer. Secondly, neither of those rigs are going to troll down to 1.0 forward without some serious help from drift bags. You're going to be looking at 2.0-2.2 flat calm. They are both very nice platforms but it's going to come down to layout. You're going to get wet in any rig in the right weather but they both have good hulls for 16.5 ft boats. Feel free to PM me.
